Refund & Cancellation Policy

All Website design and programing sales are final. A detailed contract must be signed and returned with a retainment fee so that both parties are clear of all requirements before proceeding. A contract may be negotiated before signing but must be adhered to once a signed agreement is complete. If you agree and sign a contract with us but fail to follow through with the project, we retain the right to bill you for time taken at our regular hourly rate of $125.

PremoDesigns may accept a refund request in some cases, at our discretion. An Instance where we would accept a request for a refund would be if we are unable to work together in a communicative and professional manner or if creative differences force an end to all work. If this is the case, the remaining monies left after the retainment fee and for all hours worked to date can be refunded to the client within 14 days and all work will cease.

A non-refundable retainer fee in the amount of 50% is due at the time of the contract signing. Cancellation of any web design project by either party will result in a refund to the client of all fees paid beyond the retainer amount, minus the amount already incurred in the development of the project by the date of cancellation, based on the amount of $125/hour. Web design cancellation refunds will be processed and delivered within 5 business days of the cancellation.

Chargebacks

If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute (i.e. PayPal Dispute) from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or project will be suspended without notice. A $50 chargeback fee (issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company), plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before service is restored, files delivered, or any further work is done.

Instead of issuing a chargeback, contact us to address any issues. Requesting a chargeback or opening a PayPal dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund. Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund policy prior to making a payment.
